Simone began her career in Toronto, Canada at AOL starting as an Intern and quickly progressing to a Coordinator, then Account Manager followed by Account Executive before eventually deciding to cross the pond, joining Spotify on the 20th July 2015. Hired as the first UK CSM (Customer Service Manager) in the London office, her intelligence, enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry soon became apparent and she was quickly promoted 6 months later to Account Director where she is currently responsible for a number of key agencies including PHD, M2M, AMS, Rocket, and Good Stuff Media and working on a number of wide ranging clients including Warner Brothers, Twitter, Red Bull, Confused.com, Co-Op, Enterprise, Elizabeth Arden, Amazon Prime Video, Viacom and many more.
Prior to being at Twitter, Jack spent 3 years helping to build a Paid Social team at iProspect. During this time he won the prestigious Google Squared Next Generation Leader award. His mission is to equip clients with his knowledge of performance advertising to enable them to leverage the power of Twitter’s ad palette. In his tenure, he has built rock-solid relationships with partners, including Apple, based on transparency and a common goal for innovation. Jack has driven substantial increased spends and innovative product adoption across his book-of-business, whilst making sure to share his successes with his wider team.
