Launched in April 2011, the IPA online Media Owner Awards (MOA) are designed to showcase best practice in levels of service that online media owners provide to agencies, with the aim of raising the digital standard in general.
MOA will reward four key attributes from the IPA’s bi-annual online Media Owner Survey, which covers Innovation; Cross-Media exploitation; Partnership and Overall service.
A further eight submission-based categories include Best Commercial Director, Sales Newcomer, Unsung Hero, Best Technology and Unfeatured Media Owner, as well as Best Online Campaign, Best Cross-Media Campaign, and Rising Star.
The MOA identity evokes the cryptid form of the moa; a now extinct (although occasionally spotted!) large, flightless, New Zealand bird that walked the earth for 60 million years.
